Hi Olli,
my IP is changing daily too. But it isn't showm as unresponsive after
these changes (maybe for a few minutes). How do you tell your actual IP
to your server (in torrc)? I do via a dyndns.org-domain, only "problem"
is that the server's uptime listed is always "0".
