Yes, that's what DataDirectory is for.

Please read through the man page. There are many options you can
put in your torrc. If you're on OS X, Linux, BSD, Solaris, etc,
you can read man pages natively ("man tor"). If you're on another OS
(such as Windows), you will have to make do with our html version at
http://tor.eff.org/tor-manual.html
