Hi, Mike Tigas' OnionBrowser is available for iOS
(http://onionbrowser.com/). That source is available and (I think) all
applicable licenses are listed in the about screens... here's that

He seems to keep it up to date (it's now on Tor 0.2.3.20-rc,
