Hello excellent university relay operators,

Since the March update, we have added 5 more new relay groups to

* Stockholm School of Economics (Sweden), run by Christopher Birkenstedt
and the IT group there

* MARWAN (the Moroccan NREN), run by Sami Ait Ali Oulahcen who works at
the NREN

* UC San Diego (US), run by Adam Suhl connected to professor Nadia
Heninger's group

* Brno University of Technology (Czech Republic), run by Tomas Kasparek

* Mälardalens Computer Association, a Student Association for students
at Mälardalen University (Sweden), run by Markus Klock

I've added these folks to this list -- welcome! -- and it brings
our total to 36 institutions.

In addition, Cooper at EFF continues to contact long-running university
relay operators to get their gift coins to them:

relay has been running for a year and you haven't heard from Cooper,
