[Toredu-announce] March 2025 tor-edu update

Hello excellent university relay operators,

Since the September update, we have added 5 more new relay groups to
https://toruniversity.eff.org/:

* Stanford University (US), run by Matthew Sotoudeh connected to professor
David Mazieres's group

* A second relay group at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México
(Mexico), run by students connected to the Laboratorio de Investigación
y Desarrollo de Software Libre

* A fourth relay group at MIT (US), run by Department of Materials
Science and Engineering professor Nicola Ferralis

* University of Western Ontario (Canada), run by Matt Ward and connected
to the library school

* University of Utah (US), run by Cameron Cartier connected to
CloudLab and professor Sameer Patil's group

I've added these folks to this list -- welcome! -- and it brings
our total to 31 institutions.

In addition, Cooper at EFF has started contacting long-running university
relay operators to get their gift coins to them:

If your educational-network relay has been running for a year and you
haven't heard from Cooper, please reach out to me or him and we'll get
your coin shipment(s) on track.

Thanks for everything!
