* Changed project name in PenguinPlay.doxygen to "LibPenguinPlay"
* Changed target dir in PenguinPlay.doxygen. Doxy now writes its output to doxygen/
* Changed PenguinFile comments to better harmonize with doxygen
* Changed "Project : PenguinPlay" in PFile comments to "Project : LibPenguinPlay"

Bjarke, this shouldn't interfere with your changes, as I only modified the
comments.
