Don't know If I could find any such mail, but I can tell you (and the rest of
the list)
     General PenguinPlay  stuff can go in 
             penguinplay/include
     Graphics specific stuff should go in
             penguinplay/PenguinGraphics/include

Not really very imaginative really.
