PakCompiler compiles

Hi all,

The PakCompiler version in CVS now actually compiles (and the compiled
version really works! ;)

I've only tested it with egcs 1.1 now. I suppose it needs at least g++
2.8.1 as it makes heavy use of the STL, uses some exception handling etc.

PS: It's only a test build for now, not an actually useable utility. Have a
look at the README before running it.

PPS: Adrian, pg2d yields tons of errors when compiling here.
