[pygame] Clone/game request: Chain of Command

I keep looking at pygame projects, and this game that I play on Windows.  I 
wish it was multiplatform.  Development has pretty much stopped for "Chain of 
Command", although it is a fun game.  I really feel that a port, clone, or 
remake of this to linux through pygame would create a game for linux with a 
lot of replay value.

The game is not much more complicated than a few of the other projects on 
pygame.  I prefer the old 2d interface of "Chain of Command" rather than the 
new java 3d version called "Call of Combat".
