Re: [pygame] Re: I can't install pygame on activestate python [win, 32bit python 2.7]

Hi,

I only have access to SVN. So René, if you are reading this... I can also build a new installer, with the under development freetype and _movie modules included. Would there be interest in a Python 3.2 installer?

Yes, thank you, Lenard!!

Could you, perhaps, put it on the web site? I think it will have broad appeal!

I remember being surprised and disappointed there wasn't a pygame windows installer for 2.7. Python 2.7 seems to be the "most mainstream" version, since is the version at www.ninite.com <http://www.ninite.com>.

    Hi,

Here is a reasonably new installer for Python 2.7:

    It is one I built.

There is a link for an offsite version, but the link is
        broken. [it's
javascript, not a real url. maybe it's been compromised?]

        I'm looking for Python 2.7, win32.

            http://thorbrian.com/pygame/builds.php

This page has no 2.7 build

I thought maybe pygame for 2.6 would work, since 2.7 is just
        bug fixes
