I have only done a small amount of research about migrating bugzilla
bugs, but the conclusion that I came to was that migrating bugzilla bugs
is a pain in the ass, no matter where you are migrating them to :(

ah, I thought as much.

I think I can whip up a script to at least get something done as last resort.

&ctype=xml can be added to the end of each url to export the bug as xml.

eg.
http://pygame.motherhamster.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=33&ctype=xml
