Unfortunately I can't provide any help with mercurial because I haven't worked with it at all :S

I know what properties are, I use them everyday in .NET, however I wasn't aware of properties in python. I will look into that now that you tell me there are such. I also want to let you know that there aren't any updates on pygame-ui for the past two weeks as I just came back from a 2 week vacation :)

Do you know the command to download your code using mercurial? I've done it before, but, it isn't finding the svn repo today.

And, have you learned about properties? They replace the need of getter/setter functions that other languages use.
