Hi pygame-users.
I'm trying to install pygame on my SuSE Linux 7.3 system, and I have all the required packages, I believe. However:
pygame-1.5.3.1 requires libpng12.so.0, which I don't have.
I don't have it because
libpng12.so.0 is in libpng-1.2.2-6;
but I already have libpng-2.1.0.12-25, which does not have libpng12.so.0.
Should I extract libpng12.so.0 from the RPM and just manually place it where pygame expects it? Should I remove libpng-2.1.0.12-25 and replace it with 1.2.2-6? Should I install pygame, ignoring the dependencies?
Thanks,
Stew
