[pygame] Gift Run

Hi everyone,

It's the season to be silly, so I've made a little Christmas game:

The plot:  You're Santa, it's Christmas, and you have 6 billion gifts
to deliver. Try to get a gift down every chimney.

There's only basic game play, and no scores. I am not sure where
to take it from here, but I thought I'd release what I have so far.
