[pygame] A new tutorial of Pygame for a 2D game

Hello,

I began posting a new tutorial for Pygame on my website. Here is the
first post:

The aim of this tutorial is to be the next step in complexity to the
existing tutorials, but taking the readers to a higher level.
Therefore, it's starting point is also quite high, as it assumes a
knowledge of Python, basic math, and even some familiarity with
Pygame.

In the hope that others find it useful as well.
