[pygame] old billboard font

just wanted to send out a notice to all..

in the examples directory there used to be a font named "billbrdi.ttf".
i had grabbed this file from one of those "free fonts" websites and it
came with not documentation or text. today i noticed in the truetype
copyright it said "Redistribution Strictly Prohibited."

once i saw this my next step was to get it out of CVS. this old font
is now gone and won't be appearing in further releases. i just wanted
to let you all know in case you had been planning to use this font in
your own projects.

sorry for confusion this may have caused. pygame now comes with a 
"default" font which will be easier for you to use in your own
projects. the new font is also 'freeware' so no ugly legal ties.
