[pygame] joystick support

i've updated the aliens demo to include joystick support.
it works really well and was easy to do. i think the new
joystick and cdrom modules are welcome additions to the
pygame package.

just so you know. if you grab this code from CVS, you'll
need to add a line to your "Setup" file...

joystick src/joystick.c $(SDL)
