[pygame] 48 hour competition heads-up

Nobody's mentioned it yet, so I thought I'd better. Ludum Dare 48 hour 
competition, the second, is on:

Follow the links on there to the rules and the theme voting.

I'll be having a go, though for me the compo time means starting at abot 1pm 
on Saturday and finishing 1pm on Monday (I'm GMT+11 at the moment). It's a 
good thing I've already got all of next week off from work :)
