The number of updates is pretty huge. It does some checks to prevent it 
from redownloading updates it already has, but it's still a lengthy process.

The easiest way to avoid all this is to download the 'full zip.' I 
updated it last night, so it should be up to date, only one or two 
updates after installation.

If you've already installed the EXE version, the zip can still help - 
just copy over the files from the zip and drop on top of your existing 
Incarnation folders.
