The source is available through that link it's just not valid anymore, which implies the authors don't mind if you have the source.

As for the book, that's a very fine book.  I have a copy that I got as an advance review copy and I really enjoy it.  I don't really like how he uses Sushi as an example but it gets the job done. (I don't really care for sushi, but it may be because I haven't had any decent sushi.)

If you have the source or the exe of this game, let me know since I am
a begger who
are interested of building similar game - multiplayer 2d car race.
I have experience with vb6/c# and ruby and created a small python
console apps before.

Any tips/links/tutorials to help me in the process?
