Re: [pygame] Tile Based games



What i am doing is not an arcade neither an isometric game. It is a tile
based turn based strategy. A simple game to get me going with pygame. Next I
will do a isometric rpg or an arcade. But thanks for the tips.

Also how do you all think about this aproach about tiling everything in a
buffer then redrawing everything when it is necessary? I think it is going
to make the game pops just like listening to mp3  then opening a really big
file in the same HD. Also I am planing to add animated water so I will
buffer is not the way to go for me. But thanks
