[pygame] py2exe instructions out of date

I've just installed from scratch:

  python 2.3
  pygame 1.6
  py2exe 0.5.3

and bundled up a simple test:

  http://www.mechanicalcat.net/tech/ld48/pygame_test.zip

To do so, I had to ditch the instructions at:

 http://www.pygame.org/docs/tut/Executable.html

as the pygame2exe.py script doesn't match the newer implementation of py2exe
(argument problems). Instead, I followed the instructions on the py2exe page,
creating a setup.py file, and that worked fine. Well, assuming that the above
test file works on a machine that doesn't have python / pygame installed
(I've asked for ld48 entrants who don't have python to test it, so we'll
see). Also, when I run the setup.py, I get what *looks* like an error at the
end complaining that it can't find some *mac* modules (Framework,
pyobjc, ...) even though the build went fine and the .exe is produced.
