[pygame] Re: Review Pygame book

Hi Will,

I made a simple mistake and put the @ symbol in. below is now the correct format.

I am a blind programmer and I could review it but would need a HTML or TEXT copy on-line to read. I will not, nor would ever, give it to anyone else. I am trying to find a good book to learn Python/Pygame, and I could see if this book offers a good way, especially for blind users.

I have just recently started a blog and hope to expand that blog for games for the blind. I just started it as I have for learning Python and Pygame.

So, I am willing if your publisher is. Just send me a link to it or it's download in HTML format. For links to chapters is the only good way for a blind user to be able to jump to pages and such. If I can get a quick grasp onto using Pygame then I can give lots of input or even suggestions as I learn while reading. I have already sent you a private message just prior to receiving this last email from you.

        Bruce

I'm getting a lot of responses to this, which is great, but Apress said
they have 5 copies to give away. Although I can ask them for more.

I will select some people at random tomorrow (I'll write a Python
script!) and send email to who ever it selects. If you don't hear from
me, then it is nothing personal! Just send me your snail mail address
off list to be included in the lotto.

Thanks,

Will
