Hi,

starting the 1.9.5 release now.

If anyone wants to volunteer for the 'release manager' role for this release, I can help them to do it. It's quite a lot of work, but also quite a useful thing to learn how to do. @mention on the discord #contributing channel or in the issue up there if you'd like to do it.
