Mac specific game bundles can be created. These are distributed as the common disk images that can be drag-installed. Not many games have a mac distribution, but it can be done. Of course, once regular Pygame is installed, all the games work well from source.

Solarwolf is maybe the only one to get the treatment. You won't find them on macgames.com, since it is a pay to list site. But places like versiontracker do have it listed.
