from an address book, their information does not appear on the fax

Pyla at the moment support only one common cover per fax submission, so
you can't send many faxes with many different covers.
I implemented this feature in TSCM wich is our new fax gateway based on
Hylafax. (unfortunately this is a commercial product)
2) We need additional fields for fax cover sheets. The current Pyla
fields include, From (Sender), Company (Sender's Company), To
(Recipient),
and Subject.
We need, From, Company, Sender's Voice Number, Sender's Fax Number,
Sender's Email, Sender's Address, To, Recipient's Company,
Recipient's
Fax Number, Recipient's Voice Number, Recipient's Address, and
Regarding;
It's possible to add fields to the cover and it's quite simple but if
you need that fields in LDAP too that can be tricky.
Anyway I'm not going to add myself any cover field until my customers
explicitly ask me for that. Abviously you are free to modify Pyla to
suit your needs, and I can help you if you are in trouble.
3) For the new fields in 2 above, we need sender's information to be
inserted automatically;
Ok so you nooe LDAP!
4) Display the "Subject" from the "Send Fax" screen in the "view
outgoing faxes" queue, and the "view done faxes" queue. Display the
filename of any attached files in the "Send Fax" dialog;
This can not be done in Hylafax, but it's possible with TSCM.
5) Create the ability to edit a fax that has been sent, and then
resend
the edited fax. For example, you send a fax to an incorrect fax
number,
and need to edit that fax with the correct fax number; and
6) Create a fax preview prior to faxing, and the ability to print
that
preview.
These are 'advanced features' that you cannot easily obtain using Pyla.
We are considering adding these features for Pyla, but if they are
partially completed or under development, we would like to contribute
to
the effort to finish those features.
