EduLinux (edulinux.org, .com, and .net are available)
K12OS (just kidding!)
Learnux (that belonged to the CLUE Linux Centre <http://centre.linux.ca/>, I think,
although they're not using it any more.  learnux.org and .net are available, but .com
is registered)
