They aren't specifically oriented toward open resources (although 
they clearly know something about them), but I think we should 
contact them and introduce ourselves, and invite them and/or 
their member organizations to join us if they feel there's enough 
common interest.  David, could you check this out?  I'd 
appreciate it.
