[school-discuss] SchoolBell calendaring specs

Just to follow up on the brief discussion of calendaring options from
a few weeks ago.  The SchoolTool project has posted the proposal/specs
for the development of our open source calendar server, to be called
SchoolBell, here:

We should have a beta release in early September.

It doesn't include LDAP integration, but that feature is on the short
list for future addition.
