Hi All,

A new version of OA is now available that contains the new transcript 
system and rewritten teacher site with improved session management, etc.
More rewritten scripts to support I18N, etc.

There is also available rewritten user and administration manuals for this 
release (about 90+ pages of PDF). HTML versions also, of course. The 
gradebook guide is quite up to date, even though a 2.10 release version.
