I'm trying to figure out what SCORM is, and followed the link above. It
boggles my mind that a web site devoted to an entire project on standards
won't quite work in Netscape 6.x. The site instructed me to use Netscape 4.x
or something called "IE" :) Such gaffs can really hurt a project.

Can anyone summarize what SCORM is, in a nutshell?
