Hi David,

Sorry for the hazy communication.

The MobilED web site IS available world wide. The MobilED services  
are under development.

We would love to get the MobilED services available world wide one  
day, but it may take a while. We are just about starting the first  
pilots. We are reporting the progress in the MobilED website.
