Looks cute.  For a less cute looking app that's kind of similar,
see "Construo" for Linux:

It was made about 7 years ago by Ingo Ruhnke, the fellow behind
Pingus, and a major art and code contributor to a number of OSS games
(e.g., SuperTux)
