hello,
engima technologies corp., a louisiana corporation, aka etc...
"Not just an afterthought ... @ http://www.engima.com
is undertaking the active development of products based on the
open source wireless technology represented in a beta iso cd image
at
http://www.sputnik.com/
for the purpose of developing applications specific to
K-12, federal civil engineering products, and engineering and
education in general in the U.S. and overseas.
and for reseller collaborations with other development organizations
that provide budget funding for on-going projects,
with the intent of repackaging and reselling funded work
at a later date. these are short term, ill funded efforts on short timelines
that leverage other copyright free open source codes to execute a
proof-of-concept.
it is our understanding that (1) [what] this is a form of partnering agreement
in which (2) [the basis for partnering] exclusive (by region) packagings of
the codes developed are configured for general use in specific business and
organizational settings (i.e. a "product") which (3) define the market
audience and are to be (i.e. "the customer") (4) redistributed among the
partners to reclaim costs not recovered in executing a proff-of-concept.
(i.e. "scope of partner rights")
