[school-discuss] BECTA cites schoolforge.org.uk

I notice that the BECTA report mentions schoolforge.org.uk as a resource.  This
is a sign, I think, that they see it as a) one of their own (local) and
b)authoratative.

I would like to revive the suggestion that others consider opening branches:
