My favorite part of the article is this
surreal statement from Steve Ballmer:
"If customer feedback varies, we can
always wake up smarter." My bet is that
M$ is the only company in the world that
is in a position to spout this kind of
bizarre nonsense.

No matter what M$ does, I can't see how
they'll come out looking good. . . .
