It's a pretty great list. I saw a few new apps to check out.

I did not see Solfege, a music theory app that I have used with students for years and continue to use with piano students.
Also I did not see any mention of Musix. Musix has mostly been a live CD/DVD distro, but I have a recent version now on my desktop. I really really like it for music apps because everything works. I also use it for graphics and video. I started using Musix with students in 2005.
