Does anyone use any of the Open Source dictionary programs like stardict, qstardict, sdcv, etc.?

There's this resource to access some GNU FDL online dictionaries and create word lists:

Am currently working on converting a few public domain resources to stardict format.

Was wondering if there were any other good FLOSS dictionary or reference (thesaurus, encyclopedia, translation, etc) sources out there.  Also, are there any good, active web sites for sharing these resources?
