SEUL: New website in place!

The old website has been almost completely overhauled. Please take a look
at it at http://www.seul.org/ and let us know of any problems with it that
you notice, or suggestions you have for improving either the design or the
content. (I recommend clearing your browser cache if you have problems. Yay
netscape.)

We're looking for volunteers to help fill in the rest of the content. Check
out the "Whats New" section (www.seul.org/whatsnew/website/) for details on
that, or mail us at seul@seul.org.
