Names for Core

I do not like Core but think it is good for now.  How about other ideas
for names for the core standard.

One that I suggest is:

LinOS

Any distribution could be LinOS compliant.  A program might say "Cool! It
works on LinOS-1.0!"

Red Hat could say ... Red Hat 5.x (LinOS-1.0 Compliant!) and maybe
eventually you have Red Hat LinOS, Debian LinOS, and Slackware LinOS. All
based on the Linux kernal and all carrying a version number that lets the
end user know which programs will run in their syste.
