My thoughts to summarize the paper:

1    Make the medicine STRONG and add enough sugar to make it desirable.

2    Make the medicine in a form the people are accustomed to and they won't recognize it as medicine.

3    Give the medicine a taste and texture the people like, and they will buy it.

4    Make each kind of medicine like the one they like, and they will keep buying it.

5    Make it fast before someone else does.
