Bill, I think I find out what is wrong. Your network, either configuration or wiring has problems.   When I try to do 
http://66.17.17.140/, I got "Welcome to 64.169.138.22!".  There are couple of of possiblilities: I had wrong network mask, 255.255.255.0, because your segmented the network; or there is a NAT somehow enabled on you Mandrake box that is doing stuff.  So until we can figure that out, I could not use sword.   

I remeber it happend last Friday or this Monday.  Did you change the wiring or other configuration around that time?
