Read the URL carefully.  That's what Rasjid's project is, cygwin32 +
xfree86 pared down into a light & easy install package.  The cygwin32
"full meal deal" is far more complex and bulky than necessary if all you
want is an X server that runs on Windows.

I think this is a very good thing.  Unfortunately (or fortunately? :) I
don't run Windows myself, so I cannot try it, but I've forwarded the URL
to people here at work who do and who might find this useful.
