[seul-edu] New look for OpenClassroom

A lot of you probably already know this, but OpenClassroom
<http://www.openclassroom.org> has completely revamped their website.  It's now running on Zope and
Squishdot, and works a good deal like Slashdot.  Take a look!  Jose, why didn't
you let us know about this here at SEUL/edu?

One of their articles is about WorldLinks for Development
<http://www/worldbank.org/worldlinks>, which sounds like something we might want to look into. 
There's also Webteacher <http://www.webteacher.org>.  Could some of you look at these
in your spare time and give us some opinions of them?  And of course, of other
sites they link to.
