They've just put up a place-holder website here:

There should be some actual content later this month.  There was recently a
notice of a Linux Expo in Montreal in April with an entire track devoted to Linux
in education.  Pete St. Onge is attempting to get more info on that, and I'm sure
he'll post whatever he learns here (speaking for Pete without his permission;
hi, Pete!).
