[seul-edu] ISO Phase 3: Blender

I had a problem locating the original distribution source for blender.
The database states that it is http://www.blender.nl/ and I found a hit
for a site at http://www.blender3d.com/ but both sites give an error.  I
tried tracing the route and it made it all the way over to Europe, with
a node at VIA NET.WORKS in the Netherlands giving an unreachable host
error.  I hope this is an intermittent problem, like someone kicked the
cord out of the server.
