You have my permission to translate and republish anything I post here
(both the mailing list and the website). I know Bruno knows about this,
but just in case some others may not please look at
<http://www.opencontent.org/opl.shtml>. This is the OpenContent
License, analogous to the GPL but for non-executable files (text,
graphics, audio, etc.). It may be handy to refer to it as operative
license for any document you wish to make generally available.
