There is a new journal for math educators on the web called the 
"Journal of Online Mathematics and its Applications (JOMA)". 
It is a publication of the Mathematical Association of America.

This looks like the beginnings of a very useful resource for math 
education. There is an article on WIMS in the first issue, so 
there appears to be an awareness of open source applications and 
Linux. I also noticed some encouraging remarks about trying 
to make JOMA international in scope.
