[seul-edu] some phase 1 evals

Doug et al,
Responding to Doug's call, I'm putting in a partial eval of the language apps.
As I have time, I'll try to get more of them evaluated; these are the ones
I've tried so far.

#Name of evaluator - Jeff Nelson
#Qualifications of evaluator (teacher, administrator, subject(s)
#taught, age levels, etc.) - English as a Second/Foreign Language teacher,
#Computer-assisted language learning specialist, university-level students
#Category evaluated - language

#For each application, the name of the application and one of these
#flags:
# N (not for the ISO)
# P2 (Phase 2 evaluation)
# E (Phase 2 if the following enhancements are added; then list the
#enhancements)

Should we divide this category up by language?

Compjugador (Gnome version - RPM works on my Mandrake 8.2) - P2
KLettres - P2 (now included with KDE)
KMessedWords - P2 (now included with KDE)
KVocTrain - P2 (now included with KDE)
Saxogram - P2 (nice little console program)
AikSaurus - N (Download link is broken; project dead?)
CrossWords for Linux - E (Instructions are inadequate for language-learners)
Correcteur 101 - N (Should we include _shareware_ in a cd-rom of Free
Software??)
cVokTrainer - E (I can't figure out how to get it to do anything. It needs
work, at least with documentation and installer.)
Ding - P2 (Looks and works very well, but I only tested their Web-based
version)
DFBKana - E (project web site seems to have disappeared, but the download is
still there, though only version 0.1. If someone can get it to compile maybe
it would be something to put in)
