Description: Willow is an HTTP/HTTPS proxy that does dynamic content filtering and caching.  It can filter pages based on a number of user-configurable criteria, including Bayesian filtering of the content of pages, where the pages are determined on the fly to be bad or good based on other pages that were already categorized (the filter does not need a list of banned sites).
